I am a psychology undergraduate studying at St Andrews with a passion for the Outdoors and Music. I have prior experience in childcare ages 7-16.
My Experience
I usually spend summers running expeditions for children (Camp Canada, and Duke of Edinburgh programs), but as I'm currently recovering from a broken ankle I sadly won't be able to do that over this summer. I am undergoing physio but I am mobile and driving again. I primarily have experience working with kids in outdoor environments, but I have also provided tutoring for maths and music theory in past years, as well as spending time working with special needs children to help them cope with the school environment. I feel that I can be a positive male role model for your children.
My Qualifications
I am DBS checked through Kings Rochester (who I work with on their DofE program) and also have an International Child Protection Certificate. I have first aid training through Camp Canada and the CCF in the UK. A levels in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and History. Music Grade 8s in Trumpet and Singing, Grade 5 in Piano and Theory.
