My name is Shazia, I’m 23 years old. I used to be a support worker, the job has taught me a lot especially to be more responsible. My goal is to help others and make a positive impact in the environment and community especially for the children. I have achieved L2 Health and social care in bury college, I have worked with children and elderly people in my previous job. I am a very ambitious and driven person with good work ethic and love to work with children.
My Experience
The role as a support worker, I have gained numerous knowledge and experience. It taught me how to be responsible and learn how to make sure the service users are safe. I have enjoyed the role very much as its a very rewarding job. I’ve always been interested in work that involves helping others and making a positive impact, which is very important for the service users. I’m driven to learn new things big or small and take on responsibilities so I’m constantly growing as an employee. I’m a very reliable person and I’ve got good work ethic, being on time for work is very important as it shows your dedication.
