About Me
Hi I'm Ebony. I recently graduated from University, studying Forensic Psychology and now have a job working to support victims of abuse. I have always loved working with children and have done so over the past couple years alongside my degree. I would love the opportunity to help families in the late afternoon/evenings. I am a polite and trustworthy person who will be able to yours and your childrens needs. I love being able to work with children, creating a fun environment for them but also making sure they are kept safe.
My Experience
In the past I have had multiple babysitting jobs, looking after children of different ages; from early school years to primary school years to teenagers. During my time babysitting, I have played games, made supper, read bedtime stories, and put children to bed. Previously I have looked after 2 children but being 1 of 4, looking after 3 children at a time, if needed, isn’t something I would find challenging.
Outside of babysitting, I also have experience of working with children, I volunteered in a Nursery during my time at university, working with children ages 2 to 4. Here I would play games, run activities and read books to the kids as well as help with their snack and lunch breaks.
My Qualifications
Although I don't have specific childcare qualifications. I have a BSc in Forensic Psychology and now work with victims of abuse. I have a lot of previous volunteering experience with children
My Availability
I currently work a day job however am available from 5pm onwards. I can also do the occasional before school job and some weekends
