Hi, my name is Oscar and I am a 20 year old student who lives in Roath, Cardiff. I am available for tutoring and evening and daytime babysitting.
I have just completed my first year studying Politics and German at the University of Bath and am currently at home for the summer.
Having volunteered to care for children in scouting since 2017, I find it a rewarding experience and put maximum effort into offering young people a fun time whilst ensuring safety.
I love to play musical instruments such as guitar and piano and am happy to go on trips, read stories and organise activities.
My Experience
Since 2017 I have volunteered every week as a Cub Scout leader for children aged 8-10.
In the summer of 2022 I worked as a camp councillor, responsible for the enjoyment and welfare of children aged 8-16. This involved dealing with outbreaks and medical emergiencies, putting up to 20 children to bed when on-duty and cooperating with my fellow councillors.
My Qualifications
I have an up to date DBS certificate and am fully insured on my vehicle. Please get in touch if you would like references.
My Availability
My availability is mostly flexible as I am at home for the summer break. However I will be on holiday between 16-31st July.
