Hi! I'm Joe and I'm expecting to graduate in History and Political Science this summer before taking up a masters next year. While I specialise in the humanities I would be confident in tutoring in other subjects such as maths and the sciences up to GCSE level. I consider myself a very patient person capable of explaining content and study skills to children in a clear and helpful way.
My Experience
I expect to graduate in History and Political Science from the University of Birmingham this summer, and, provided I meet the required grades, hope to study for a masters in Latin American Studies next year at Oxford. I don't have any formal tutoring experience, but I was very involved in helping my two younger brothers revise for their school exams, and like to think I did a good job!
My Qualifications
GCSEs: 6 A*s, 5 As, 3 Bs
A-Level/Pre-U: 2 A*s/equivalent, 1 A (History, Government & Politics, Philosophy)
Expecting to graduate BA History and Political Science this summer from the University of Birmingham
My Availability
Since I will be relocating this Autumn to study my masters I am looking to tutor virtually over zoom. In terms of hours I am willing to be flexible for pretty much any time of day over the summer, although once university term starts in Autumn my available hours may change.
