About Me
I’m the grandmother of 4 children. Helping my daughter to find a Mothers Help. It would be a full time position Monday to Friday with flexibility of hours to facilitate some weekends. The childrens ages are 10 months 3 yrs and an 8 and 10 yr old.
The role will entail working alongside the parents, and mostly supporting the mother, who will remain hands on with the children. While it is predominantly shared care it will involve some sole charge on occasions when both parents are out of the home. The family already employs a regular cleaner, so any housework duties will be light.
My Requirements
Duties to include:
Assisting in the personal care of children, such as dressing, bathing, nappy changing.
Taking children to the park, the garden, soft play, or toddler groups.
Help with preparing for and driving older children to extra curricular activities.
Helping with mealtimes.
Light housework, such as folding laundry, tidying up after mealtimes keeping children’s belongings organised.
Going to the shop for small grocery needs, and keeping track of when things need restocked.
Occasionally walking the dog.
Short errands.
