My Experience
I started studying child development as a GCSE in secondary school and continued through college to eventually gain my BA Honours in early childhood studies with Oxford Brookes University.
I have over 10 years experience working with children in nurseries across Swindon as a nursery nurse and a room leader. I have been a room leader in all nursery aged rooms - babies, toddlers and preschool.
During my time in nurseries I have worked and supported children with special needs, behaviour difficulties and medical issues e.g diabetes.
My job role also included working alongside other agencies such as speech and language therapists to support childrens development and provide consistentcy
