About Me

Hiya, I’m Sasha!

I’ve worked in early years for over 3 years now!! I started working in a Montessori nursery in 2022 where I completed my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. I also undertook Level 3 advanced safeguarding lead training and I hold a level 3 paediatric first aid qualification. I also hold certificates in health & safety, effective behaviour management, EYFS provision and a range of baby and toddler specific courses.

After completing my Level 3 I became baby room supervisor (my favourite job ever!!) where I planned a schedule of daily activities to help promote communication and language, physical and personal, social and emotional development. After a year I moved on and became the toddler room supervisor in the same nursery.

I absolutely love learning through creative and messy play and also incorporating the Montessori and forest school approach! Creating strong, positive and trusting bonds with the children I care for and the families is the centre of everything I do.

When nannying I provide a detailed ‘my day’ at the end to summarise what we have learned and how it links to the EYFS/ what skills we have been focusing on. I also keep track of sleeps and how much the children have eaten in this log. I’m happy to create learning plans and schedules so that we can collaborate on your child’s learning! I have experience with caring for children from 10 weeks to 5 years so far!

I have worked as a full time nanny/housekeeper since June 2025. I also babysit as hoc on an evening for a few families as well.

When beginning a new reoccurring role I like to do a 1 hour meet either in person (at your home) or via video call so we can talk about the role and duties to ensure we are on the same page. I then like to do a longer trial if you have the time and flexibility (around 2-3 hours) to ensure we are a good fit!
