My Experience
accomplished my level 3 Early years Educator DIPLOMA. With my love of teaching I set foot on finding myself an apprenticeship as I loved the idea of working hands on in the workplace and earning at the same time. I succeeded in passing my DIPLOMA. All round I have mastered speaking publicly with confidence while balancing professionalism equally too. Speech and language has played a huge role in my everyday life as I carry out two speech and language interventions. Furthermore I have worked alongside children with additional needs such as EAL (English additional language), speech therapy and autism. I am an extremely patient candidate who can work alongside any additional needs or challenges that I could face. On top of that I am a very quick learner and have passed my Jolly phonics training. Teaching phonics in both Nursery and Reception classes. Making me a flexible candidate too. Diversity and inclusion. I have completed a vast variety of diversity and inclusion webinars making it easy for me to work as a team within your company, team ect. I am also a very independent candidate as I have supervised lunch duties with children making it clear that I can handle tough assignments.
