I am a young but qualified childcare worker. I have a fun and outgoing look on childcare and how I provide for children. I am autistic and have adhd which I believe helps to give me a good idea of strong emotions children may be experiencing, I feel this also allows me to really engage and enjoy any activities with the children. I have a true passion for childcare and love what I do. I have experience from nurseries but I feel I would shine on a smaller ratio of children and with a more personal touch. I believe in strong professional relationships with parents/carers to make the transitioning and experience more comfortable for you and your children.
My Experience
I studied childcare and education in college and worked for 2 years in a nursery and another year overall of work experience while at college.
My Qualifications
I have a level 3 diploma is childcare and education through college. I am first aid trained through work.
My Availability
I am available full time. I would prefer to keep my evenings open but am happy to discuss this.
