Hi - we're not currently looking for a nanny... updating here as deleting the account didn't seem to work.
We live on a very small hobby farm on the edge of Axminster. We have two really awesome little kids, a four year old boy and a three year old girl.
My wife and I work mostly from home. We both work as technical advisors in international humanitarian assistance, and according one or the other may travel occasionally.
Working with us is pretty predictable! Consistent schedule, great pay, paid holiday and bonus holiday when we travel as a family and we're away. Our kids are wonderful. Smart, kind, polite, and they both love the outdoors/farm. We want a long term nanny - somebody who can join us for at least a few years if all goes well.
My Requirements
Our arrangement previously was Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9 to 4:30. Our four year old will be in school until 3:30, so the main requirement will be caring for our two year old girl, with the boy joining for the last hour of the day. When our little girl is sleeping for her nap we would appreciate somebody willing to help out a bit with cleaning etc., but our house is always quite clean so it is more tidying; nothing major. While we’re away on holiday we might ask for some help watering the garden? But that is all to be discussed!
