About Me
Hello, I am a childminder in Barton under Needwood which is a village 10/15 minute drive to Burton upon Trent and Lichfield. We love singing, dancing and role playing in our house. We have a playroom and love to do different fun activities which promote learning outcomes.
We also love the outdoors and (weather permitting) we try to get out at least once a day. We have great local parks and Barton Marina is just a walk away which we often visit to feed the ducks and see the boats. We also visit the local library and go to toddler groups on a weekly basis.
My main aim is to promote healthy development in a fun and positive environment.
My Experience
I have two children (5 and 2) I have worked in a nursery and in fostering and adoption. I have supported children with a range of different needs including learning disabilities, developmental delay and autism.
My Qualifications
I have studied child development and psychology, completed all childcare registration training and completed my paediatric first aid course.
