About Me
Hi,
We are a family of three. We have a lovely 2 year old son. We enjoy our family life together and you will find us enjoying time in parks / nature and exploring our local area, cooking and baking or being silly when listening to music together. We like to involve our toddler in nearly all that we do within reason of course. We promote independence but we also feel this is an important age for nurturing. We enjoy watching some age appropriate shows and content together but also believe there’s a time and a place for screen time. Our son is bubbly, affectionate, quite independent, likes to have fun, loves transport, music and helping out in the kitchen cooking or getting involved in doing household chores and also loves being outside. He loves doing activities and being around other children. He equally enjoys a slow day at home playing with his toys and cosying up with some yummy snacks.
My Requirements
We are new to this and are open to finding the right person & timetable that will work with our lives. Flexibility would be a bonus as Mum works on a freelance basis.
We would like someone who is available any two mornings of Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
We would love someone nurturing and engaging, someone who understands the importance of nourishment and enjoys cooking and baking as an activity with our toddler. We would love for you too to enjoy reading with our son, embed some Montessori / child led style education in your approach and have a positive attitude towards getting outside and going into the local area, getting on the bus together, taking our toddler to some classes and be happy to bundle up when it’s raining and let our son jump in puddles from time to time.
We would love for you to bring your own ideas in too, be happy being creative and enjoy getting involved with & setting up arts and crafts and seasonal activities.
Bonuses would be someone who speaks Spanish & someone who plays piano or another instrument.
