About Me
We are a maths tutoring service based in Brecon, Wales, offering both online and face to face tutoring services. Tutoring sessions can be booked for individual students or for small groups of students. Where appropriate we use curriculum focussed resources, to get you exam-ready.
Our aim is to make maths accessible to all, irrespective of age and experience, to make maths fun and ultimately to make maths easy.

My Experience
I studied Mechanical Engineering at University which is a very maths intensive subject.
My working life has been quite rounded and includes working in academia, several engineering environments, child care, hospitality and the voluntary sector.
I have always enjoyed sharing knowledge. That is why I spent my first years after degree graduation lecturing in University. It is also why, during my career, I have been actively involved in training others and in recent years, why I started tutoring students.
With experience comes knowledge and I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you.
My Qualifications
O Level and A Level Mathematics.
BEng Honours in Mechanical Engineering (Class 2 Div 1)
Lectured in Mechanical Engineering at Swansea University
Part time tutor in maths and physics for 14 years.
My Availability
Online tutoring (Weekdays and Sundays, 10am to 9pm)
In-person tutoring at our home in LD3 7TG (Weekday evenings 5:30pm to 9pm, Sunday 10am to 9pm)

Dependent on the type of tutoring package but typically £25 per hour for the first hour.
