Started out well (first 3 days)
Became unreliable, untrustworthy and lied.
Lied about absence. Told us she was going on holiday. We took the time off and then lied to say her plane had been brought forward which was costly for our jobs! Found out she has completely lied about the holiday.
Left my daughter in her cot for an hour awake and upset - even admitted in a message she had left her in bed. Our daughter is now petrified going to her bed. AVOID

I don’t understand how I can completely lie about a holiday when I’m currently in Manchester airport right now and about to bored my plan to Barcelona
Ellie is irresponsible, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She agreed to meet but did not bother to show up. She told us she was running late and we waited for her the whole evening. She could not even bother to message us if she was not planning to show up. I would not recommend Ellie to anyone.
