About Me
I am a mother to two grown up children. I am very active and love the outdoors and care about the environment children grow up in. I am looking for work as a nanny/mothers help on Wednesdays with most term-time Fridays possible too.
I am a calm, patient person and I believe it is important to model good manners and kindness. I enjoy having fun with children, watching them learn, see them gaining skills and having conversations of great imagination!
I believe there is a time to encourage and a time to correct and that consistency is paramount.
I aim to model healthy living from mindset, physical activity and good food.
I have been fortunate to have worked with some fantastic families over the past 2 years since my time working in a nursery/preschool environment. I can currently offer a Wednesday but can off term-time Fridays also.
I am very happy to take children out on day trips or stay local/at home to enjoying toys, games, baking or creating.

My Experience
I have recently worked for 3 months at a Montessori Nursery.
I home educated my own children through their primary years which enabled me to closely observe their gifts, strengths and weaknesses and to encourage them in areas where they showed interest or talent.
I also organised an athletics group for home educated children.
Over the past 18 months I have been working as a nanny with a few families, but mainly 2. One family I have been with for almost 2 years, and the other now 1 year. Families I have helped range from with newborn babies, 2-4 year olds and also 5- 12 year olds. I’ve also briefly supported a family with twins.
My Qualifications
GCSE’s: 6 grades A-C including Maths and English Language
