I'm a 25 year old childcarer with 8 years worth of first hand experience and many interests.
I am a keen musician; I sing mostly as I am signed to a record label and was the alto leader of the Manchester United Foundation Choir, but I also play guitar, piano, drums and the ukulele. Other interests include football, acting, dancing, gym, basketball, traveling and skydiving!
My passion for working with children has increased over the years; my mum was a registered childminder for 13 years, allowing me to be alongside her whilst working and learning more as time went on.
My Experience
I was a volunteer with the organisation Jigsaw, where I worked with others assisting young adults with disabilities on days out with this group - I was a volunteer there for 4 years.
This profile has allowed me to be a babysitter for 9 years and a nanny for 7, in which time I have cared for children from 3 weeks old to 14 years old and all ages in between.
During this time I have experienced children with autism, seizures, mobility issues, mental health issues and ADHD, as well as having experience with twins and working alongside stay-at-home parents.
My first full time nannying job (2016) required me to care for 3 children aged 4 months, 2 years and 4 years; I was with this lovely family for 10 months and gained plenty of new experience as a nanny and caring full time for younger children.
My Qualifications

•Emergency First Aid training
•Paediatric First Aid training
Other online and face to face courses such as:
Safeguarding, FGM, prevent, moving and handling, phase 1 phonics, speech and language and mark making.
