I am Jess of Dinky Dandelions, Early education and childminding service based in the heart of Walthamstow Village (Beulah Road). Follow me on @dinkydandelions
Fun, Learning and play delivered by an outstanding qualified teacher. My setting offers a Montessori inspired approach, whilst also drawing from my own teaching ethos. I believe in child led learning, the importance of creativity, the outdoors; utilising and contributing to the local community.
My Experience
I am a fully qualified teacher with over 10 years experience. I have specialised in SEND, Art and KS1.
I am currently finalising training. I have an expected registration date of 16th August, looking for clients to commence in September 2023.
I am Paediatric first aid trained. I have up to date Safeguarding training (including Prevent and FGM training).
I have a son who is 13 months old, we also have 2 pets, a dog and a cat (please bare this in mind if you or your child has allergies)
My Qualifications
Primary Education with QTS (qualified teacher status) BA Honors Degree

Makaton
Phonics (RWI, Letters and sounds, Jolly Phonics)
Maths no Problem

My Availability
I have capacity for 3 under 5 full time positions (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm)
I have 1 space available. I can take additional siblings up to the age of 8 years old for wrap around care (after school pick ups only- please note these are charged at a different rate to day rate children)

My Fees
- Childminding from £10.00 per hour
£10 per hour day rate (full day charged 8am-6pm)
£15.50 per hour after school pick up/ wraparound care
Open all year round (not just term time)
