My Requirements
Role: Afternoon/evening Nanny (with occasional overnight stay), ideally Nanny-Housekeeper
Start: November/December 2025
Location: NH/Bayswater, W2 London
Details of children: 1 boy 22 months
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4.30 until ~10pm (start and end time can be flexible +/- 1hr); openness to half-day weekend babysitting would be a bonus but not required
Duties:
Sole care of the baby while the parents are working incl. feeding/light cooking, changing, bathing, bedtime, monitoring and simple household tasks (tidying the kitchen, laundry, etc.) when baby is sleeping. Occasional overnight support.

Liyanna has supported me in caring for my 3 months old son. With her warm personality she quickly established a strong bond with the little guy. She was very creative in designing the wake windows in a way to make them both fun/engaging and also focused on the baby‘s development (e.g. sensory play and tummy time). I could trust her 100%. Liyanna also went the extra mile in various aspects - always early, absolute can-do attitude, always proactive in helping me with the household or preparing tea/water for me when she had a few minutes of breathing time when baby slept. What a gem!
