About Me

Qualified and experienced English Teacher, offering: 1:1 tuition for English primary, secondary, GCSE through to ALevel, grade boosters, revision workshops/camps, 11 plus, confidence in interviews and public speaking workshops.

Working in education for near on a decade I understand that each child has a unique learning journey and success should not be measured against another, but measured against the effort they put in. Such is why I aim to work with your child assessing their individual needs and learning styles to aid them in reaching their full potential.
Having been Head of English in a London based secondary school I am well equipped and versed in what it takes to ensure young people not only pass but flourish in English. I offer ample resources, revision material and examiner feedback to guarantee your child improves in English.
I am aware that English is a subject many students grapple with, and the notion of how, or what to revise, is one of many struggles to get their heads around. That said, I endeavour to break down the concepts and skills so that they feel confident enough to apply these principles in a classroom or exam.
I offer advanced level English sessions for those that want to be pushed and achieve top grades. I
During my 1:1 sessions or workshops, I aspire to empower students to feel confident in achieving their individual goals, whether that be pass their GCSE’s, or to achieve a level 9 in English. I also offer reading and writing development, creative writing workshops for budding authors as well as practical tools to apply to English throughout their lifetime.
