About Me
I have recently finished my degree in Primary Education and have decided to stay in Cheltenham where I work as a teaching assistant. My teaching mentors have described me as organised with high expectations but a calm demeanor and a passion for the development of the child as a whole. I offer babysitting and private tutoring. I’m also undergoing a course in Teaching English as a foreign language. In my free time I enjoy reading, knitting and going on walks.
My Experience
I have a Bachelors of Education with Qualified Teacher Status and an up to date DBS check. During my degree I have gained a range of experience as a primary school teacher and now work as a teaching assistant and nursery practitioner. Having been an ambulance cadet as a teenager, I have an awareness of child first aid.
My Qualifications
I have a BEd (Hons) Primary Education (KS1/2) (with Maths) including Qualified Teacher Status and an up to date DBS check. I have also recently undergone a range of safeguarding training.
My Availability
During the week, I am available after school and in the evenings except in half term where I am available during the day. I am also available all day on Saturday.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £15.00 per hour
As I do not drive, if a taxi is required to get to your home I will request it is paid for or reimbursed by you. My babysitter rates are £11 an hour for one child and is an extra £2 an hour per additional child. My tutor rates are £15 an hour as I have QTS but have not began teaching yet.
