I am a professional music educator with over 12 years of experience in childcare and education. I am babysitting again as I have just finished my master's degree and need additional part-time work to support myself. I value open-mindedness and compassion, especially when working with children as I know that every child has a unique way of learning and communicating. It is my job to understand each child individually to communicate most effectively.
My Experience
Over 12 years I've worked for 7 childcare institutions. Most recently these have been music schools. I worked in pre-schools and nurseries as a teacher's assistant throughout the 2010's. Before starting this work 2010 I had earned money as a teenager babysitting as well. My mother who is an early childhood specialist at the Seattle Public Library in Washington, USA had a large influence on my decision to pursue this work. I have a varied and extensive background that has trained me to be adaptive and professional in all sorts of childcare environments.

Master's and bachelor's degrees (both in music)
Previously trained in CPR
My Availability
I am available for one-off babysitting jobs, or consistent after/before school supervision. I also have some weekend availability.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
£14/hour flat rate for one or two children. For groups 3 or larger we can discuss what seems appropriate.
