Coming from a large and diverse family, I have plenty of experience with newborns and toddlers, as well as slight experience with SEN children. I enjoy going on outings for new experiences as well as enjoy crafts in my personal time, so love to encourage this with children and allow them to explore through child lead messy play. I have organised educational activities following the eyfs curriculum, created sleep and meal routines, as well as following safeguarding guidelines. I monitor and track the children's development and plan activities accordingly to support their development. I am English first language and have experience with bilingual children.
