As soon as I met Charley, I knew my little one was in safe hands. At 7 months old, I was anxious at the thought of leaving her with a babysitter for the first time, but Charley arranged to meet us beforehand and filled me with confidence that they would be fine, and they were! Her communication was great throughout (tailored to my preferences) and I really enjoyed my evening out. Then, to top it all off, I came home to a peacefully sleeping baby. Absolute magic

Alice helped me with some late notice emergency babysitting for my 1 year old. She was polite, professional and a natural with my little one. She met all her needs and was able to comfort her when unsettled. She was also flexible when I needed to extend by another half an hour.
