My Requirements

A young professional family (husband and wife) based in Greenwich SE10 looking for some nanny help with our baby boy (8 months old.)

Looking for a part-time nanny/ babysitter to help with our newborn son (now 8 months old) to do general nanny and caring responsibility duties including feeding, overall welfare of baby, playing with child and ensuring safety of him, etc. Helping with weening and his overall growth and social development.

We are initially looking for someone a few days a week for a few hours and someone with flexibility is appreciated. Need someone that ideally could be available daytime afternoons. Someone that has good experience working with babies, for example previously worked in a nursery baby unit/ child development or similar but also has the time to do this role and be committed to it while they are with us. Person with first aid training, nearby to us and good references is also preferred.

Someone that can be a part-time nanny / babysitter to him and also do some housekeeping work (for example when he is resting) or help prepare his food for his meals could also be a good option for us.

Tasks for baby could include
• Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment
• Supervise the activities at all times
• Plan and prepare meals and bottles
• Dress the baby
• Place the baby down for naps and bedtimes
• Play with baby , both indoors and outdoors
• Plan educational activities
• Keeping an eye out at all times
• Keeping a report and updating parents throughout the day
