My Experience

I have 2 years experience working with children, especially those between 6 months and 24 months old. I have plenty of experience dealing with SEN as not only have I provided care for children with special education needs at a nursery, but my younger brother has autism and ADHD.

Before I worked in childcare, I actually worked in adult heath and social care. Caring and helping those around me to thrive really is a passion of mine and I would love to share all I can with you and your family.

My Qualifications

I am level 3 qualified in childcare with a level 3 certificate in health and social care. I hold a valid DBS and have up to date paediatric first aid training. I am trained in encouraging positive behaviour, safeguarding and understanding babies.

As well as these training certificates, I am also trained in food preparation and hygiene and have no problem preparing meals, snacks and bottles.

My Availability

I am extremely flexible at the weekend and can be available weekday evenings. I am happy to take long hour baby sitting jobs and would be up for the occasional over night job.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My fees are £10 per hour for one child and £12 per hour for two children. I would be happy to babysit a third child for an additional £2 an hour, providing that only one of the children are younger than 12 months old. My fees go up to £15 per hour after it hits midnight, regardless of how many children are being babysat.

For the right family, I would be happy to negotiate fees as I understand that trying to plan a special night out with the other half whilst also juggling children and childcare costs, may not be the easiest at times.

As said above, I am happy to meet family’s and children prior to babysitting jobs, if this would help you to feel more comfortable in trusting my care.
