My Requirements

Our son who is 9 years old requires someone to look after him for 8 hours once every 2 weeks for 8 hours on a weekend during term time and a weekday during school holidays. Times and days can be flexible .Our son has adhd and some challenging behaviour but the better he knows someone the better he is with them.He loves to be outdoors and play at the park. He also has a merlin pass so someone who can take him to Alton towers, sea life etc. he also has an annual pass for twycross zoo and also enjoys soft play and the farm. someone with a driving licence us preferred. My child needs full 1 to 1 adult support and supervision during the time he is looked after. This will be an employed position with an employment contract. You will receive minimum wage for the hours worked and will be entitled to 5 weeks holiday per year paid at 4 hours per week. In addition to this 5 weeks there will also be up to 4 weeks per year where we will take leeroy on family holidays where no care will be required. The successful applicant must provide evidence of a live dbs or be willing to undergo an enhanced check at our cost. The applicant must also have business use on there car insurance to take our son out.

We have to have all these details to prove to Staffordshire county council that checks have been completed as they are funding this care through direct payment.
