About Me

I am in my 30s and live with my partner in Folkestone. I enjoy exercising, reading, going to the theatre and watching sport. If I was to describe myself in three words, I would say: kind, empathetic and trustworthy. I really enjoy working with children and building a rapport with them. I'm looking for any short term or long term opportunities and I'm happy to provide any references if required.

My Experience

I previously did babysitting when I was a 17/18 years old for family friends. In my professional life, I worked in various admin roles for a charity that ran a couple of schools. I had regular interaction with the pupils that attended the schools and built a good rapport with them. I have completed different training courses, including safeguarding and fire safety, and I have a current DBS check.

My Qualifications

I have an enhanced DBS child workforce Inc barred list. The DBS is registered to the update service. I have recently undertaken an introduction to safeguarding course which I have a certificate for. I don't have any specific childcare qualifications but I do have babysitting experience.
