About Me
Hello! I am 24 years old and have been in the childcare sector since I was 16. I have experience in caring for children aged between 3 months - 8 years old and currently work at a local nursery in which I've been at for 2 years.
Before my current work place, I worked my way up in previous & current settings from an apprentice to deputy manager and also room manager roles of baby rooms and toddler rooms. I have a full DBS and PFA which is also up to date.
I sadly had to drop my baby room managers position in my current work place due to my partner falling ill, meaning I now work a 0 hour contract and have plenty of flexibility. I can provide references, DBS confirmation and a full UK drivers license over if requested.
My Experience
I started as an apprentice at the age of 16 and completed level 2 & 3 childcare. I sometimes care for children from previous settings of an evening / weekend and have formed special bonds with many of the children. I love to be of help to families in need and ensuring the children are safe, happy and content.
My Qualifications
I completed my level 2 & 3 childcare qualification as an apprentice. I also have attended many training courses and completed online training courses too. Some of these include, autism training, a deeper look into children's behaviour, safeguarding and children's wellbeing.
My Availability
I am fairly flexible due to working the 0 hour contract and often work a few mornings/afternoons a week. I'm happy to venture out with your little ones for a breath of fresh air, or stay in and play including some light housework. Please feel free to message me if you are looking for help :-)
