Hi I am Anna ! I am a motivated, enthusiastic, caring and hardworking student looking for part-time work whilst studying at Durham University. Over the years I have acquired a diverse set of skills and qualities that I believe will put me in good stead to be a babysitter. During my previous expereinces I have often had to use my initiative and quick thinking when problems occur. I am always willing to learn new skills and am not afraid to take ownership of challenges when they arise. I really enjoy working with children; I find it very fulfilling and rewarding. I pride myself as being very creative and I am good at engaging with children of any age. I am kind, compassionate and patient but I am also confident and authoritative. I am firm but fair and am always up for having fun whilst being sensible and responsible. I enjoy being with people and socialising in my free time but also like to bake, paint or read my book when I can. I also love animals too!
My Experience
I have been babysitting since 2018. Over the years I have looked after numerous (more than 10) family's children from age 3 to 14 in both the day and the evenings. My roles have included entertaining the children, helping with homework, running baths, cooking meals and washing up and sorting laundry and washing. I also have two younger siblings so I am used to looking after them too. Over the last academic year I worked full time at a primary school where I helped teach Physical Education and coahced sport to a variety of children of all different ages and abilities. I was often Responsible for my own group of children as well as supervising them in the playground where I learnt how to manage conflicts and difficult situations. I also assisted in the class room offering one on one support. Additionally I co ran the art club which was a very popular extra curricular activity with the children. I really miss working with children and my siblings so am keen to take any opportunity to work with children again.

ART & DESIGN FOUNDATION, LOUGHBROUGH UNIVERISTY
Whilst I do not have any official childcare qualifications, I have lots of experience working with children over the years. Having worked in a school I have had my DBS checked which came back with the no issues.
My Availability
I am pretty flexible with my availability, however I am only available during my university term time.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
£15 after midnight.
For childminding, my fees are usually £11 an hour but may vary depending on the age and number of children.
For academic tutoring or homework help my fees are £10 for half an hour or £20 for an hour.
