My Summary

My Experience

I have been a teaching assistant since March 2023, focusing on students with additional learning needs, but also being present in classrooms to help students of all ages with their work. I currently work one-to-one with a Year 9 student who does not attend lessons, tutoring them in all subjects timetabled at KS3. From this, I have developed the ability to personalise lessons and tailor them based on the student's needs, as well as create progress trackers to ensure optimal learning. I also spent 4 years teaching climbing to children, giving me great experience on how to teach and how to adjust teaching techniques child to child to ensure they both enjoyed and learnt from the experience.

My Qualifications

I am DBS checked. I graduated from a Master's in English Literature in January 2023, so I have excellent communication and research skills, as well as a specialisation in the humanities. At A-Level I hold ABB in geography, English, and History respectively, as well as a A* and AAA at GCSE statistics, maths, RE, and science.

My Availability

I am available all day Saturday. I may be available after school pending discussion.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £25.00 per hour

My fees will vary depending on the subject taught and level taught at.
