Hi, My name is Chris and I’m 20 years old.
I’ve always been good with children and need some type of income so I thought this would be a good idea to try!
I’m not the type of person to go out partying, be irresponsible or careless. I’m very respectful and will take all your needs as well as your child’s needs very seriously.

•I grew up with multiple au pairs and grew quite close with them and am still in touch to this day.
•I’ve been living in Scotland for the past 3 years, previously lived in Ireland. (British Citizen and English is my first and only language)
•I have not done a DBS check before and it seems a little expensive to do. I can say that I’ve never been arrested before and don’t involve myself with things like that. But I understand that its only my word till I maybe get it done.
•I did my last year of school at Tynecastle. I haven't lived long enough in Scotland to get funding for further education so instead, I’ve been focusing on my own business which is still in its early stages.
I haven’t gotten a full on job yet because it wouldn’t fully make sense in my situation unless I can get cash as well as it giving me less time to focus on said business.
My Experience
•I’ve always naturally played a brotherly role to younger friends (e.g, making sure they're healthy, if they’re hungry then I will get them something, keeping an eye on them, making sure they're getting stuff done or if they need help with anything.).
I’ve also played a brotherly/minder like role to special needs kids when I was in school and made sure they felt included and were looked out for. Have only really dealt with ADHD, ASD, Anxiety, Depression, BP and BPD. (I am not trained, a professional or have any qualification. purely experience)
•My best friend that I grew up with had a baby sister and I looked after her quite often. She took very well to me and always wants to see me and asks to whenever she’s in Edinburgh.
•I’ve never had a seriously bad experience with kids like shouting or throwing stuff around, etc. I have had some kids throw tantrums but from experience I can calm them down quite easily.
•My character has always been respectful, kind, mindful, caring, soft, thoughtful, honest. But I can 100% be stern if needed and will make sure that the child is behaving while having fun.

School wise:
Secondary School, S6
Child wise:
No professional qualification but I have experience, easy to get along with, good moral compass and a want to improve on the direction the youth are heading in.
My Availability
Any day besides some weekends but I’m not looking for a full time position (e.g every weekday and weekend or staying over every night but this is negotiable).
The days I work are also very negotiable so don’t pay too much mind to the availability calendar.
I do sometimes have meetings but more times than not it’s short and over the phone anyways.
