My name is rachel gibson I am 19 years old from dundee.
I am currently qualified in early years and have just recently completed my apprenticeship in this sector i currently work in a nursery with children aged 3-5.
I love helping children and making their lives better bringing on their confidence and helping them to believe in themself and explore new things. I am a creative person and can think of fun things and experiences for children. I am keen to make sure they are enjoying themselves.
My Experience
I just completed my modern apprenticeship in one of dundees nurseries over the space of 2 years and this year have secured a permanent contract in one of the nurseries.
I have been brought up around children of all ages due to my mum doing child minding as I grew up. I would always help her from a young age going to parks with the children, play areas, day trips and lots more.
My Qualifications
I hold a svq 3 in children and young people which allows me to be a qualified nursery practitioner
