About Me
I am 37, a single mother to 3 amazing, loving and intelligent children.
I am about to start a new job as Cabin crew (short haul only) in London from January. I would be working shifts (example: 4days on 3days off) while on shift I have to stay in London to be 90minutes or less from the airport.
My childcare arrangements have recently apart.
I'm hardworking, kind and fair. My children are my world.
I have worked with vulnerable children for the last 15 years but wanted to chase a dream to show my kids nothing is out of reach. Iv never had anyone outside of their direct family look after my kids or come into my home so this is all new to me and them.
My Requirements
I will need someone flexible and willing/able to work mornings, weekdays, nights and occasional weekend (most weekends the kids will be with family). I was thinking i would need our nanny to sleep in while on shift (which could be discussed) but ideally it would be a total of 8hours a day for 3/4 days in a row then 3 days off then back on again (6.15am - 8.15am - children at schoolI - 4pm- 9pm term time. School holiday would be discussed and arranged a month in advance). The exact way things would work would need to be discussed as I'm new to this.
I will get my shifts a month on advance so you would alway get your working time table a month in advance as well.
You will need to be able to cook dinner and help the girls aged 7 and 6 with homework (reading, maths and spelling) twice a week and encourage my son (16) to study and do his homework for his GCSE'S. Basic tidying up such as washing up, vacuuming and kids weekly clothes washes. My son does the washing up and vacuuming after dinner each day to earn his pocket money.
Possible school runs (there are arrangements in place though).
I am looking for someone who feels like family, trustworthy, kind, caring and patient and able to enforce my way of parenting in terms of house hold rules and the kids routines, manner, sharing etc
