My Requirements

We are looking for a "family assistant" to cover some elements of housekeeping, household management as well as afterschool support and holiday activity management for our son.

Responsibilities
- Child support: supervise 9 year old after school activities/home-work.
- Meal Preparation: Small, light meal preparation after school. Planning and shopping for weekend catering.
- Shopping: shop for food or other items online, local shops and nearby towns, taking in deliveries
- Cleaning: laundry, hoover, dusting, change bed sheets, ironing regularly, plus declutter, windows inside, clean fridge/cupboards as required.
- Maintaining calendar: for a family of 3, scheduling and booking of appointments and activities.
- Escorting: Child to out of school activities and potentially father to GP, clinics and hospital appointments, dog to day care if/ when required
- Ad hoc: Dog walking, post sorting, making telephone calls, pay bills online/post office.

Individual will need to work on their own initiative, good listening and communication skills, display flexibility and good time management as well as interpersonal skills.

Full time hours over 5 days, to include Monday to Friday late morning/ early afternoon to evening and some weekend hours - ideally Sat or Sun mornings but this can be flexible.
