I work for the police force and my husband is a primary school teacher and together we have one child.

Term time only required as husband and grandparents both work in schools.
Due to my shift work within the police, our preference would be flexible childcare…
With me doing shift work, the ideal situation for us, would be a childminder who would be willing to be flexible and work with me on my shifts - I have a 5 week rolling pattern, so I am able to know when I am working and what times in the month far far in advance (to the point I could see what I was working next Christmas for instance) but this does mean for the childcare provider that it wouldn’t be set days… usually each month I work between 6 - 12 week days.
I appreciate however that this is potentially not an ideal situation for a care provider, so we would be willing to consider agreeing to one set day if you would be able to offer some flexibility.
The days my son would be in childcare would be full days, ideally from 7:30am - 5pm
