Living Arrangements: This is a Live Out role however the accommodation is provided as part of the package. The nanny will live at the maternal grandparents' home, conveniently located within a short 20-minute walk or a brief 10-minute bus ride. The house is mostly unoccupied as the grandparents have a second home and frequently travel, providing the nanny with significant personal space.
Location: Our home is situated in the vibrant and leafy Battersea area of London, offering an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and recreational activities for both kids and adults. Proximity to Wandsworth Common (1-minute walk) and Clapham Common (10-minute walk) adds to the appeal as it makes outings with children super easy. The area is well-connected, facilitating easy access to all parts of London and the UK.
My Requirements
Seeking: We are in search of an experienced, warm, and friendly nanny to provide full-time support in caring for our three children and handling light housekeeping duties (note: heavy cleaning is managed by a dedicated cleaner). Our aim is to establish a long-term partnership with our nanny, fostering strong and affectionate bonds with our children.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week. The father, a pilot, is frequently away, but when he's home, he takes on childcare. The regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, with occasional overnight shifts when both parents are traveling for work. Typically, previous nannies worked an average of 3.5 - 4 days per week due to the father handling childcare during his time at home.
