My Experience
At 17, I discovered my passion to support children when volunteering as a teaching assistant during my A-Levels (Health and Social Care, English Language and IT). After my A-Levels, I got offered an apprenticeship as a teaching assistant, working with children from 11-16 and it has been my favourite thing ever!
Growing up with a massive family but also a little brother that has down syndrome, it showed me so much but made me realise working with children was something I wanted to do.
