I love spending time in any outdoor settings and engaging in new experiences! I have travelled all over the world and love spending time interacting with new cultures and communities to enhance my understanding of the world. I am currently completing an online qualification in Personal training and nutrition and love helping others to achieve their goals. I have been working with children for many years and love supporting them to achieve whatever it is they wish to achieve in life! I’m very motivated, supportive and understanding and aim to provide the best personalized care that I can.
My Experience
I have spent the last two years working at camps in Canada working with children with a variety of additional needs in outdoor settings including leading activities such as climbing, hiking, archery and many more! Prior to this I was working at a respite care centre for children with additional needs as a senior practitioner. Here I learnt about developing care plans and implementing practices to best support children to achieve their goals and thrive in new experiences. Before this, I worked at a camp for people with additional needs in the US where we completed activities such as arts and crafts, fishing, karaoke completions and many more! I love supporting children to do whatever activities they wish to engage in and support their overall wellbeing and needs in life.
My Qualifications
BTEC Level 3 in residential childcare
3 A-levels completed - Film Studies, Drama and English Language
80 hour wilderness first aid
My Availability
I am available from Monday to Friday and most weekends. There may be weekends when I’m required to attend in person training for my course but otherwise am available
