About Me
We are a young family of four that loves the outdoors and nature. I have a 1 year old daughter who is walking and confidently communicates with everyone she meets. I am looking for long-term childcare for her so that I can return to work. I currently have a 4.5year old son out of school who will also require temporary childcare while he waits for a place at a place at a specialist school in Windsor. He is very capable and verbal but struggles with severe anxiety and his social and emotional development is slightly delayed. He is capable of using the toilet which he does at home, but unfortunately this isn't always the case when he is nervous and it will probably be an issue until he gets to know you! It is very important that we find someone that my son fully trusts and can get along with. His interests are science (currently space) and the outdoors.
My Requirements
We would love to meet someone trustworthy and easy to get along with that will help to make this process and the transition as easy and smooth as possible especially on my little boy.
Ideally we would love someone that has a garden or goes outside a lot, and experience with working in a school or with EYFS. We are not expecting private tutoring for our son but someone that understands his needs would be fantastic.
The most important thing for us is patience, understanding and trust
