My name is Sarah I live my husband Andrew I have two children one who is Autistic and my youngest son who has a chromosome disorder so he is non verbal he can say odd words but has a very challenging disability. His name is max and he is five.
My Requirements
I’m looking for someone to child mind my special needs son. He is at school during the week but it’s mainly holidays and just a couple days after school time. Just a couple of days a week it’s very challenging running my life around him so I have decided to hire someone and pay them with special needs experience. He does need constant supervision that’s why I still have gates in my home and windows are always shut this sounds a lot I know but it’s to keep him safe. When max does go out he walks with a harness which is a lot easier. Someone who drives is essential. He is Also still in pull ups so changing bag and wipes will be provided. I also did put in my advertisement night nanny which mainly means babysitter if the candidate is willing. Qualifications will be asked for review along with references.
