About Me
Im a mum of 5 children, 3 older girls and 2 young boys. my husband works full time and im preparing to head back out into the workforce. We're a relaxed family who like our kids to grow naturally within their individual time frames. We believe each child is unique and prefer the Montessori way of learning. Our family loves the outdoors, arts & crafts, messy play, books, animals & family time.
My Requirements
I am attempting to find someone who matches our optimum view on childhood play, care & learning. To care for the youngest member of our family when I go back to work. I will be managing child care with my husband who has a set work rota with what will be my shift pattern rota, including earlies, lates, weekends and bank holidays. All work patterns should be provided 3 weeks in advance.
