About Me
We are expecting our first baby boy end of May 2024. I work in a primary school and my partner is an engineer. We don't take ourselves too seriously and love to get out and about exploring. Not sure what else you would like to know but happy we are happy to answer any questions.
My Requirements
We are looking for a full time childminder for April/May 2025 that is flexible due to our working patterns. We need term times covered and there may be some odd day's in the month where my partner would like to care for our boy when he is in between shifts. I have a staff meeting once a week that may require 1 x possible late evening but as yet not sure if this day will change next year. We both value the importance of someone that is kind, caring, compasionate, patient, has a sense of humor, genuine admiration for their job, and understands the importanace of consistency with boundaries. In terms of how we envision our child to be nutured is someone who aligns with an EY's and forest school ethos with how children develop, learn and play. We would like someone who is not afraid of letting our child get messy, will take them out in all weathers to explore the natural world, engage with them and be respondant to their needs.
