I am a first year uni student at Sheffield Hallam doing Childhood Studies. On this course we look at all aspects of children’s development as well as working with them in a formal environment from nurseries to secondary schools and so on.
I have always been good with children and love being around them. I am very patient, understanding of different situations, and feel that children warm up to me very quickly. i have grown with a younger brother who is turning 12 so I have always loved looking after him.
My Experience
I am currently doing placement at a primary school with year 3s for my university course. For this reason I would like to gain more experience being around children.
My Qualifications
I have done my DBS check and have a safeguarding certificate.
