About Me
We are a family of five, if you include our two cats. We live in a ground floor flat in Pollokshields with a 12-week old baby and stacks of books. I am currently finishing a PhD at the University of Glasgow and my husband works from home.
My Requirements
I am looking for someone to come for one day a week to look after my baby while I go to work. The day can be flexible so this might suit someone who has another job, but I am looking for someone who is reliable. We are all big readers, so a nanny who reads and plays with my daughter, takes her for walks, encourages her development and makes her feel safe and secure while I'm away is very important.
Someone who is happy to occasionally do some light household chores i.e. unload the dishwasher, move clothes to the drier, ironing, and putting away baby clothes, would be wonderful but looking after the baby is the main priority so this is not essential.
