My Requirements

I am looking for an Ofsted registered part time nanny who can become a member of our little family. I am due to return to work around August 2024 . I work for the NHS and do 12.5 hour shifts . I have yet to confirm the days/ nights I will be doing until I had found a nanny who is open to working flexible hours or we could work out particular days/ nights that would fit .
I work 30 hours a week ( 2X long shift and 1x half) possibly dropping down to 24 depending on what childcare I can organise. My work is open to requesting set shifts so it can be the same each week.
My shifts would be 7am-730pm or 7pm -730am . There are also options to do half shifts but this would mean more days at work . Overnight nanny would be helpful as an option.
All open to discussion with the right person.

I would love my little girl to have a nanny as I don't feel nursery at a year old is the right option for us . I would love my little girl to continue going to playgroups, bounce and rhyme etc after I go back to work.

Nanny would need :
DBS checks
3 references
First aid trained
Ofsted registered
Clean driving licence and own car.
Light house work like cooking etc
Willing to take baby to groups and activities.
Willing to accommodate starting and finishing around my shift times. For example do wake up , breakfasts, dinner , bedtime etc
Possibly occasional weekends depending on shifts.
Knowledge of cooking and feeding healthy vegetarian meals for baby.
