Hello! My name is Gaby and I am looking forward to meeting you and your kids! I am 22 years old and from Australia, here on a semester exchange. I study human rights and am aiming to be a human rights lawyer in the future. I love travelling and meeting new people. I am caring, responsible and most importantly love to have fun! I am available each night, and most days, except for Tuesdays and Thursdays.
My Experience
I have both babysitting and nanny experience. I have been babysitting since I was 16, looking after kids from the ages 6-13. I have been lucky enough to become a permanent nanny for one family for 2 years, back in Melbourne. When I first met the kids, the little girl was 14 months and the little boy was 28 months. I watched them grow up for two years, nannying 3 days a week for 9 hour days. Moving to the UK meant leaving the family and I was extremely upset. I cannot wait to help your family out as I truly love spending time with children!
My Qualifications
I have done basic first aid training in Australia in 2021. In my nanny experience, I was in charge of changing nappies, baths, bed time. I was also in charge cooking and feeding the baby and cleaning up the inevitable mess that comes with food time! I would take the two kids to the local park and felt comfortable taking them on daily activities such as soft plays.
