About Me
I am a final year medical student, with experience working with children of a variety of ages and in many different settings. I am looking to earn some extra money before I start full time work as a doctor and so would be able to offer babysitting/childminding services. I have previously tutored and so would be able to support with school/homework if required.
My Experience
Having worked as a school holiday club assistant with children aged 2-11 for the last 4 years I have gained a range of experience and skills caring for, entertaining and communicating with children of a variety of ages and from a range of backgrounds. From age 14-20 I volunteered as a young leader working with brownies (girluiding UK), through which I organised and delivered a range of activities for the children. As part of this I worked with children with special needs, as well as going away on residential camps with the children and so have experience of looking after children overnight and the issues that may arise as part of this. Furthermore, I have done a significant amount of babysitting and tutoring over my time in higher education and so believe I have demonstrated my reliability and natural ability with children.
My Qualifications
I am currently in my final year of my medical degree and so due to start work as a doctor in August and so have first aid skills, an understanding of safeguarding and experience with unwell and vulnerable children.
My Availability
Mainly weekday evenings and anytime over the weekends.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
Basic hourly rate of £10/hour, plus contribution to petrol/travel cost if living further away.
