I'm Ellie-May I'm a professionally trained actor looking for more flexible work, I have worked with children in educational environments (including drama classes and both SEN and mainstream primary schools), have been a babysitter for my many nieces and nephews and have a recent Enhanced DBS on the update service.

My Experience
I have worked as a TA (classroom assistant) in various schools as cover (for various reasons i was not able to continue this as full time work) I also worked in a Saturday drama school again as a classroom assistant for a year before leaving for university.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in Acting and and in regards to childcare after working in a saturday class and a school I have gained valuable experience learning on the job, I do not have any formal qualifications undertaking a more 'learn on the job' attitude for my work as a classroom assistant, but this developed my skills regarding children from ages 5 to 14 (i worked prefominantly with 11-14 year olds but assisted with classes for much younger students) undertaking various responsibilities including leading the warm up, supporting the leader of the group and helping come up with fun and engaging ideas.
During my work in the school I helped at meal times, general classroom support and working with children with varying degrees of needs.

I am available weekdays and weekends from mornings up until the evening but not overnight
