About Me
Hello, I am a 21 year old mum to my 7 month old D.O.B 12/08/23. I am a social care worker on rota based shifts. I am currently working part time whilst we figure out childcare availability.
My daughter is a lovely little girl and loves her snacks ! CeCe is moderately deaf so she requires two hearing aids, however she is never bothered by them.
I do work 2-3 days out of the weekdays we would need childcare from 8-5. My rota will be on a fortnightly basis so all shifts will be the same, starting in April.
We are looking for childminder and babysitter
My Requirements
CeCe has no set routine everything is to demand, if she is acting tired we always allow 10-15 mins for her to cry in cot, however if she exceeds this we will get her out we do not condone ‘crying out’. As CeCe is deaf we try to encourage BSL as much as we can however if childminder does not know this that is absolutely fine but we do not her knowing makaton or baby sign as this can cause confusion for her. We completely understand her hearing aids can be broken or damaged we know this is not the responsibility of the childminder. CeCe is a very happy and smiley baby who just enjoys playing with her toys and loves music and rhythms so we encourage this whenever we can.
It will be every Tuesday,Wednesday then following will be Monday and Tuesday and this pattern continues, starting on the 9th of April.
